Season Office not loading- SQL connection error “Connection Failed”

If Season Office fails to load with the error message:- ” Connection failed SQL State ‘28000’… Server login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentification”, this generally indicates an issue with the SQL server.

How to resolve the issue

  1. If this is happening on all PCs then a restart of your server is generally required for this. Your IT company should be able to do this for you. Once the server has been restarted, reload Season Office and it should now work.
  2. If this is only happening on individual PC’s then restarting those computers and reloading season office should fix the issue.
