How to Change the Delivery Route for Manual Sales Orders

  1. Within the “Manual Sales Order” window click on the “Order Notes” tab.

 

  1. Within the Order Notes tab, navigate to the ‘Trans Code’ Field.

 

  1. From here you can enter the information manually or you can click on the pop up list, which will display any routes that are setup and select a route.

  1. In this window you can choose a new route -> click on the preferred route and click “ok” to confirm the delivery route change -> you can also click on the search button in the bottom right corner as a shortcut to find the preferred route, by searching for the route you want and select “ok” to confirm the trans code .
  2. Press F2 or click on the submit button to update the order with the change.

The route on the order should now be updated
