How to Globally update product costs based on Stock Cost/Last Cost

This Routine will globally update the product costs.

1. Go to Product Management -> Price Management
2. In the top left go to Utilities -> Global Update all Prices

3. You have 2 options for updating the costs:-
   • Copy Last Cost to Current Cost- This will update the current cost for all products based on the last purchase cost.
   • Copy Average stock Cost to Current Cost- This will update the current cost for all products based on the Average Stock Cost.
4. Click the option that you want.

5. A screen will appear asking you if you wish to continue with the update, click yes.

6. A message will appear saying ‘Update Complete’, click ok.
