Emails not sending from Season Office- “Error Verifying SMTP Session”

When emailing from Season Office, if you are prompted with a message saying “Error Verifying SMTP Session. Error Verifying Connection”, this means that there is a problem with the email settings that have been applied within Season. The most common problem is an incorrect password. You will need to contact your IT company to get the correct details. To see how to apply the email settings in Season Click Here
