How to use the Factory Control Centre

The Factory Control Centre allows you to manage all open jobs from Season Office.

1. Go to Product Management -> Factory Control Centre
2. Groups that have open jobs will be listed on the left, clicking into a group will show the open jobs
3. Right-clicking on an open job will give you the option to ‘View Job’ or ‘Cancel Job’
4. In ‘View Job’, you can see anything that has went into the job, or out of – any changes that need to be made, will have to be done in Factory
5. You can use the ‘Save’ icon to complete the job
6. If the Job hasn’t been started in Factory, the ‘Cancel Job’ option will allow you to delete the job.
7. Under ‘Utilities’, you can:
   • Create a Job
   • Cost Completed Jobs
8. ‘Create Job’ will list all the jobs that can be created from your production templates.
   • Select from the list the job you want to create
   • Use the ‘Save’ icon to create the job
9. ‘Cost Completed Job’ will show any jobs that can be costed
   • ‘Edit’ allows you to edit the Cost Price for any products used in the job
   • ‘Cost All Jobs’ will cost all the jobs in the list
   • ‘Cost Single Job’ will cost the job you have selected
