How to cost uncosted jobs in Season office.
The way you update costs for a job has changed in Season versions 18.1 and later. Job costing is now done from the factory control centre, if you use one of the newer versions of Season, click here for the updated article.
To update job costs you need to..
- Navigate to the Product Management tab with your Operations menu and select Job Costing Update. The next window will show you a list of jobs that have a costing issue.

- Click on the job that you need to update and click Edit.
- Now you will see the list of products output form that job. Click on the cost field you need to update, enter your cost price, press tab to save the change and click the red X to return to the previous window.

- Click the Cost ALL Jobs or Cost Single Job button to complete the costing update.
