Customer export and import wizards

Due to the increasing amount of detail stored against a customer record the export and import wizards have been broken up into 4 sections:

  1. Account settins
  2. Account mapping
  3. Credit control/Banking
  4. Performance

This will help users to easily manage customer data as each section of data can be exported and imported seperately.
