Setting up a Priority Customer

Season gives you the ability to set up customers with a priority tag. Priority customers will then be highlighted across parts of Season so it is easier for users to identify which orders relate to them.

First open your Customer Setup. Found within the Sales Ledger tab on your right hand operations menu.

Within your Customer Setup window, click the Settings tab, under that select Account Settings and then Other/Web. As shown in the screenshot above, check the box for Priority Customer.

Order Entry – Name highlighted
